Customized Products

All our products are custom-made based on customer specifications such as size, design, material, color, and content.
Because of this, returns or refunds are not accepted once the order is confirmed and production has started.

Cancellations

• Orders cannot be cancelled once they are approved and moved into production.
• Please double-check all details (design, spelling, size, quantity) before confirming your order.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of:
• The product
• Outer packaging
• After verification, we may offer:
• A replacement, or
• A partial/full refund (at our discretion)

No Refunds for:

• Design approval mistakes made by the customer
• Color variation due to screen vs print difference
• Minor size or alignment variations within industry standards
• Delays caused by courier partners or external factors
