1. Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched or out for delivery.
  • In such cases, you may refer to our Return & Refund terms below (if applicable).

2. Returns & Refunds

We deal exclusively in physical products. Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
  • Supporting proof (such as unboxing photos or videos) may be required.

Once approved:

  • A replacement will be shipped, or
  • A refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.
  • Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Products without original packaging, accessories, or invoice.
  • Requests raised after the allowed return/refund window.

4. How to Request a Cancellation, Return, or Refund

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Order ID / Invoice number
  • Reason for cancellation or return
  • Clear images or videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
