1. Cancellations
a. Service-Based Projects
- You may request to cancel a service before work has commenced. In such cases, a full or partial refund may be issued depending on administrative or setup work already completed.
- Once a project has started or deliverables have been shared, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.
b. Monthly or Subscription Services
- Cancellation requests for ongoing or subscription-based services (such as digital ads or social media management) must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
2. Refunds
As most of our services are digital and custom in nature, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once work has begun or assets have been delivered.
However, we may offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Duplicate payment made in error.
- Non-delivery of service, due to a verified fault on our side.
- Project not initiated within 7 business days of payment, and no clear communication has been made from our side.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Note: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
3. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Client changes their mind after the order is confirmed.
- Project delays caused by client non-cooperation, lack of communication, or delay in providing necessary assets.
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after project completion when the service was delivered as per agreed terms.
